Cambrian Rise and Old Spokes Home: November Bike Clinic

One of the really cool perks about living in Cambrian Rise is the proximity to the Burlington Bike Path. In just a few pedals strokes, residents are connected to miles of paved bikeway, connecting Burlington’s South End art district to the downtown business center, all the way to the New North End.

With so many cyclists in the neighborhood, we invited local bike experts from Old Spokes Home, a non-profit and local bike shop, in to Liberty House to give our residents a few pointers on proper bicycle maintenance and repair.

The clinic took place in the lobby of Liberty House. Residents have access to designated bike parking inside and out, as well as a bike repair center right off of the main lobby.

Whether you’re new to biking or a seasoned cyclist, knowing how to properly change a flat tire is essential.

Snacks and refreshments were provided, of course!

A huge thank you to Old Spokes Home for coming out for our first bike clinic!

Here at Cambrian Rise, our residents are helping to make our neighborhood have a real sense of community. From meet-and-greet potlucks to this latest bike clinic, it’s redefining what apartment living can be here in Burlington, VT.
